One of the CalWORKs 2.0 Strategic Initiative partners, EMPath, is an innovative organization based in Boston, Massachusetts that brings together direct service, methodical research, local, state & national public policy advocacy and a concerted effort to transforms people’s lives by helping them move out of poverty and providing other institutions with the tools to systematically do the same.
