CalWORKs Welfare-To-Work (WTW) Program Guidance For Disability Exemptions

ACL number 15-08, issued January 21, 2015: Provides County Welfare Departments with clarifying guidance on granting Welfare-to-Work participation, 24-Month Time Clock, and CalWORKs 48-month time limit exemptions to CalWORKs clients who have a physical and/or mental health disability that has been verified by a doctor.
